  • Trustful Hires. Hiring with the idea that people are a commodity and/or game theory (they’ll try and get as much from you for as little as possible) merely dooms you to that reality.
  • Safety. It’s not safe to be yourself or effective anymore when rewards aren’t associated with goal achievement. (I’m looking at you Government, McKinsey, and every waterscrumfall team on this earth measuring sprint points)
