Trust is a magical ingredient

The more I learn about human relational dynamics the more convinced I am that trust is the critical ingredient of successful business.

Trust by employees, trust by peers, trust from customers, trust between executives, trust of the data. Entire HR departments, policies, marketing teams, and other departments are created to either demand trust with structure or build trust by earning it—both approaches relying on trust anyhow, if you dig deeply enough.

Isn’t trust also the key religio-philosophical ingredient? Call it faith, call it belief, call it science.

In my life I hope to specialize in trust, since its the fabric of human interaction.
